CIPC Annual Returns
So why do you need to submit your Annual Returns? This is to show the registrar that the company is still in business and that they are in possession of the latest company documents.
Not allot of people realise that a company need to register with the CIPC and submit their Annual Return to the registrar yearly, in the month the company was registered in. For CC’s this only came in to effect in September 2008.
When submitting an annual return, you need to provide and confirm the following details:
– Directors / members details
– Contact Details
– The Auditor in charge of the company
– The Accounting officer in case of a CC (Closed Corporation).
